Lauren Pibworth of Pibworth Professional Solutions was our September speaker, and she encouraged attendees to take control of their business and how others see it. Whether you like it or know it, somebody has already formed a perception of you. Everyone has their own perception of reality, which makes it valid. What you believe about your self and your business is important as an individual, but what others believe about you and your business can mean life or death for your business.

There is no more fake-it-till-you-make-it, you will be expected to live up to the image that you create. This is about more than just your logo, it is your personal professionalism, your online persona, and the actual customer service you provide.
