About Us

Simoro is a family owned and operated golf course just minutes from downtown Barrie. Their course challenges you with rolling hills and mature trees – a spectacular sight in the fall – and wetlands housing natural habitat. ”Enjoyable Simoro offers a wide variety of shaped fairways, excellent greens and several breathtaking moments” says the Bogey Man (Toronto Star). Simoro Golf Links is an 18 Hole par 72 Golf Course located just north of Barrie. It plays just over 6200 yards from the back tees. The front nine is fairly open and when the weather conditions are right, plays just like a true links course. The back nine is narrow in spots and requires accuracy off the tee. Simoro features some elevation changes as well as natural wet lands and tricky greens. The golf course is well suited for all different abilities. Planning a successful outing is always a GIMMIE at Simoro Golf Links! Whether you are planning a corporate event, fundraiser, reunion, retirement party, we?ll work with you to take care of every detail to ensure that your event is a success.
