In our continuing effort to openly and publicly offer opportunities to work with the Barrie Chamber of Commerce, we would like to offer the following RFP:
Open bid for the Audio / Video / Staging services for our Women in Business Gala 2024.
Please submit the form below if you can meet or exceed the following criteria:
- 16" Stage decks, with portable accessibility ramp
- 8ft x 20 ft stage - 1 stair at each end
- Skirting / Draping
- Backdrop Panels
- Lighting
- Audio services (Podium microphone, 3 wireless handheld microphones)
- Video production
- IMAG / Video recording
Our Luncheon Gala will be held on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 at Liberty North with approximately 300 attendees. Please refer to the images below of past events as a point of reference.
Membership within the Barrie Chamber of Commerce is considered an asset, but is not required. Only those whom we are interested will be contacted. Thank you for your time and proposal.
