Amy Ford,

Launching a business with only a laptop and a camera as start-up capital is not the ideal situation, but Amy and her husband believed in what they were working towards, and took a leap of faith. 6 years later, they have a team of 25, and have outgrown their office space twice! Amy uses the administrative tools she gained from her background in Legal Assisting and Paralegal studies to keep the company flowing and growing. She coordinates EVERYTHING - without her, there would be no fancy TV appearances, no brand or marketing strategy, no monthly budget, and no dinner on the table!

Mallory Steele, Siva Creative

2019 was the year to go from putting it all on the line, to realizing that there was even more to put out there. With this realization, Mallory and her business partner collectively set no-limits goals and said, "what if?", setting a course to pursue untapped markets. With this mind-set, they grew their aggregate teams to over 100 employees, investing in these most valuable resources as well as technology, and making the vision for Siva larger than 1x. The next step also launched 4 new corporations, and right now Mallory is driving across North America to visit 55 cities to achieve her next business goal.

Teresa Vincent, T’s Café

As a self-employed person for over 23 Years with UCA Branding, and an avid motorcyclist for just as long, creating a community garage was a very natural progression for Teresa. T's Cafe is a Do-It-Yourself (D.I.Y.) community garage, lifestyle, and labour of love that was founded with a goal of bringing together like-minded motorcycle enthusiasts and adventure travelers in a collaborative community area. Teresa works with the community she’s built to empower and inspire all skill levels of riding and wrenching, and she’s focused on elevating others by developing coaching and training seminars specific to women, and fundraising for those in need.
