Darryl has more than 30 years of experience in emergency services and health care administration. His career has included senior management with various emergency services and in the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Darryl also spent 6 years as the CEO/Administrator of a long term care and community health facility.

Darryl's expertise in addressing high level program challenges, including senior management and program reviews, integration of operations, and project management, has been employed by various clients (both emergency services and other agencies). Darryl has assisted many organizations and facilities in organizational design, strategic planning, emergency services deployment, emergency preparedness, training and conducting large scale exercises.
