00:02 PRESENTATION

  • 00:15 - Five Questions of Strategic Planning
  • 00:17 - The Five-Box Strategic Planning Blueprint
  • 00:36 – Mastering Uncertainty for Success

00:42 Q&A

00:42 – For scenario planning, how far into "worst case" should I be going? The lockdown was already beyond the worst I had imagined for my business, so I was completely unprepared. Have you adjusted your scenario planning recommendations for clients?

00:44 – How do you recommend setting up strategy planning when you can’t be in the same space?

00:46 - Through the pandemic, my goals got dropped by the wayside, and our focus became purely survival of the business. How do I shift my mindset back to goals and objectives now, when I'm not sure how we'll survive the next few months?

00:48 – Where do risk assessment and mitigation planning fit in?

00:48 - With nobody knowing what the next few months will look like, I'm having a hard time coming up with plans to address the issues that arise in various scenarios. Do you have any tips on how I can refresh my brain, or suggestions of where to look for new ideas?

00:51 - You said to involve the team in the process, but I don't want to panic them by thinking that we have no plan in place, or that all the work we'd been doing previously was for nothing. What language can I use to keep them positive coming in to the process to ensure we have positive results? To be honest, I may need a bit of encouragement to get myself past these fears also.
