Munro manufactures the above ground and below ground concrete and steel infrastructure necessary for the functioning of urban life. I their 350,000 sq ft facility west of Barrie on Simcoe Road #56, Munro manufactures Fresh Water Transmission Pipe and Fittings (Prestressed Concrete), Transmission Pipe Fittings (Steel), Storm and Sanitary Pipe, Maintenance Holes, Catch Basins, Engineered Precast Products (prestressed precast bridge girders, 3-sided bridge sections, bridge superstructure and substructure components, box culverts, tunnel segments).

Munro employs 250 people including more than 30 engineers and technologists. Their manufacturing facility is one of the most technologically advanced and efficient operations in the world. Customer service, engineering capabilities, plus product and process innovation have fuelled the company's continued growth
