I first entered the insurance industry as a Long Term Care Insurance Specialist and worked with other advisors in educating and selling to their clients long term care insurance exclusively.  As the industry changed and the position of a specialist changed I decided to become an advisor.  I still have a strong passion for long term care insurance and now specialize not only in long term care insurance but also critical illness insurance and disability insurance. 

I am contracted through Penncorp and La Capitale. Penncorp is one of Canada's leading specialty disability insurance companies, focusing on the income protection needs of the self-employed, small business owners and qualified individuals in skilled trades and blue-collar occupations.  Penncorp is a member of Assuris which protects policyholders against loss of benefits due to financial failure of a member company.  Penncorp became a member company of La Capitale Financial group in 2006. La Capitale is a corporation that is dynamic, with nearly two billion dollars in assets.  They have one of the best long term care policies available in Canada and this was my deciding factor to join them.
